Yields: 16 stuffed eggs
Ingredients
- 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 4 -6 ounces crabmeat or 4 -6 ounces surimi
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper
Garnish
- 16 shrimp
- fresh dill sprig
Directions
- Chop up the crab meat.
- Peel and half the eggs, remove the yolks, mix the yolks with the sour cream, tomato paste, and tabasco.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, then fold in the crab meat.
- Stuff the eggs with this mixture, garnish with the shrimp and some dill.
