Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup grated onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 (6 1/2ounce) can crabmeat, drained
- 2 loaves French baguettes, sliced 1/2 inch thick
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated onion, cheddar cheese, Tabasco, curry powder and crabmeat. (This can be made one day in advance).
- Place mixture on bread rounds and broil until golden brown. Serve immediately.
