Crab Roll

Yields: 6 Sanwiches
Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup chopped celery
- 3 tablespoons onions
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons chopped dill
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb imitation crabmeat, cut into pieces (could use real crab or lobster or shrimp)
- 8 buns
- butter lettuce
- melted butter
Directions
- Combine first 7 ingredients, add crab, mix well.
- Brush butter on both sides of toasted buns.
- Line buns with lettuce, serve, enjoy!
