Crab Portabella Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 4 large portabella mushroom caps
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 16 ounces crabmeat (lump is best)
- 3⁄4 cup grated cheese (I like sharp cheddar)
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
Directions
- Gently scoop out inside of mushroom caps. Bake mushroom caps at 350 (F) for 4-6 minutes to soften. Set aside.
- Mix the creme cheese, crabmeat, celery and Old Bay together.
- Spoon over mushroom caps and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Broil six inches from heat source for 4 - 6 minutes. Watch carefully. Serve immediately.
