Crab Cakes Reid

Simple and easy crab crakes. Delicious.

Ready In: 20 mins

Serves: 6-10

Ingredients

  • 1  lb  crabmeat
  • 2  eggs, beaten
  • 14 cup onion, chopped
  • 12 cup  cracker crumbs or 12 cup  cracker meal
  • 3  tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1  dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1  tablespoon mustard
  • 12 teaspoon  Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

  1. Mix the above ingredients well.
  2. Shape into cakes and fry in butter until brown.
  3. May be prepared a day in advance and fried just before serving.
  4. Makes 6-10.
  5. I usually made these for my mom and I, and froze them.
  6. They freeze beautifully.
