Crab and Shrimp Creole Deluxe

Ingredients

  • 1  lb  peeled shrimp
  • 6  crabs, & claws cleaned
  • 1  large onion, chopped
  • 12 bell pepper, chopped
  • 14 lb butter
  • 3  tablespoons flour
  • 12 bunch  onion tops, chopped
  • 1  teaspoon  McCormick's Season All
  • 6  dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 12 cups water

Directions

  1. Brown crabs & shrimp in butter for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Add water, flour and all other ingredients.
  3. Cook on low fire for 20 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.
  4. Then serve over cooked rice or french bread.
