Crab and Shrimp Creole Deluxe

Ingredients
- 1 lb peeled shrimp
- 6 crabs, & claws cleaned
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1⁄4 lb butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄2 bunch onion tops, chopped
- 1 teaspoon McCormick's Season All
- 6 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
Directions
- Brown crabs & shrimp in butter for 8-10 minutes.
- Add water, flour and all other ingredients.
- Cook on low fire for 20 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.
- Then serve over cooked rice or french bread.
