Crab and Corn Bisque

Ingredients

  • 2  cups  frozen bell peppers onions and celery
  • 12 cup butter
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans  cream of celery soup
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans evaporated milk
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can  cream-style corn
  • 1  lb  crabmeat
  •  liquid  crab boil

Directions

  1. Saute seasoning blend in butter until tender. Add crab meat and 1-2 drops crab boil and saute for 5 minute Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 min or until soup has been reduced to desired consistency. Enjoy.
