Crab and Artichoke Eggs

Ingredients
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese or 2 cups cheddar cheese or 2 cups swiss cheese
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 8 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- 4 ounces crabmeat
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Lightly grease 4 to 6 oven proof ramekins.
- Divide mixture between ramekins.
- Bake until puffed and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
