Ingredients
- 16 ounces couscous
- 16 ounces black beans
- 16 ounces corn
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1⁄2 cup finely diced onion
- 1⁄4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
Directions
- prepare cous-cous as directed on box.
- move cous-cous to a large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix.
- chill for two hours and serve. Ok to serve warm too. :).
