Country Spare Ribs

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 3⁄4 cup catsup
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 -4 lbs country-style pork ribs
Directions
- Roast pork at 300-350 for around 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, prepare sauce: Combine all ingredients in saucepan and simmer 45 minutes.
- Pour all off all grease, add barbecue sauce.
- Bake at 250-275 45 min to 1 hr, basting occasionally.
