Country Seed Bread for the Bread Machine

Yields: 1 1pound loaf
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 4 teaspoons oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄3 cups bread flour
- 2⁄3 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons flax seeds
- 4 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons yeast
Directions
- Toast the seeds on baking sheet in 350°F oven for 4 minutes; let cool completely.
- (If you like, seeds can be added untoasted).
- Add ingredients in order given and bake on basic cycle.
