Country "sausage" Patties

I got this recipe from a vegetarian cooking show. Although, it is a vegetarian recipe, it does have that "sausage" flavor to it. We eat it on biscuits in the morning. At dinner time we put a mushroom gravy over it and serve it with mashed potatoes, a vegetable and salad. I think it is a good recipe and my family (who also eat meat) enjoyed it. Makes 10 smaller patties but you can make them bigger. Cooking time does not reflect time for baking if you make them that way - only for time to fry-cook them. Show more
