Country Pepper Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced, if desired (about 2 tsp.)
- 1 shallot, finely diced (about 1 tbs.)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt (to taste)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1 pinch celery seed
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
- Whisk or blend all ingredients.
- Chill until serving time.
