Country Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup herb-flavored seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, divided
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, stuffing mix, half the soup, egg, and onion; spread mixture in a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.
- Mix remaining soup with sour cream.
- Spread over meatloaf; bake for 5-10 more minutes.
