Country French Skillet Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves, pounded slightly to uniform thickness
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt (I use Johnny's)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 (1 1/2ounce) package Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1⁄2-1 cup sour cream
Directions
- Season chicken breasts with seasoning salt and garlic powder. Melt butter and add chicken. Brown chicken till golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- While chicken is searing, mix water and soup mix in a bowl. When chicken is browned, add soup mixture to skillet, bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 7-10 minutes depending on thickness of chicken, (until chicken is no longer pink.).
- Transfer chicken to a plate, add sour cream to sauce in skillet, (I use the full 1 cup), and return chicken to skillet and warm through.
