Country Cupboard Creamed Cabbage

Ingredients
- 3 lbs cabbage (1 large head)
- 2 -3 stalks celery
- 1 carrot
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash black pepper
Directions
- Shred Cabbage.
- Chop Celery and Carrot (fine).
- Mix the Vinager, sugar, and mayonaise together.
- Combine all ingerdiants in a large bowl.
- Let sit for 2 hour before serving.
- For best results allow to sit overnight.
