Country Breakfast Pie (No Potatoes)

Ingredients
- 1 lb Canadian ham (or other breakfast meat)
- 1 pie shell, frozen
- 1 1⁄2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1⁄4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce (optional)
Directions
- Cook breakfast meat.
- Crumble or cut into small pieces.
- Mix cheese and meat; sprinkle in pie shell.
- Mix peppers and onions. Add eggs and cream.
- If using tabasco, add now to taste.
- Mix and pour into shell.
- Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
- Cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
