A twist on the Eggs benedict recipe. My family loves this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4  poached eggs
  • 8  pieces  of land o lake smoked ham or 4  Canadian ham, heated on griddle
  • 2  English muffins, split toasted
  • 1 (4 ounce) package  gravy, made up

Directions

  1. Place the ham on English Muffin halves, then place poached eggs on top of ham. Cover halves with gravy. And serve with hash browns or home fries.
