Cottage Dilly Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup water
- 6 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon canola oil (safflower or sunflower)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon dry milk
- 1⁄4 cup dill, chopped (or 2 T dried)
- 2 1⁄4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons yeast
Directions
- In the bowl of your bread machine add the ingredients in the order they are listed.
- Make sure that the yeast does not touch the water.
- Set the bread machine on bread cycle.
