Cottage Dilly Bread (Bread Machine)

This bread makes great sandwiches or very nice toasted

• Yields: 1 lb loaf

Ingredients

• 2⁄3 cup water
• 6  tablespoons cottage cheese
• 1  tablespoon canola oil (safflower or sunflower)
• 1  teaspoon honey
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 1  tablespoon dry milk
• 1⁄4 cup dill, chopped (or 2 T dried)
• 2 1⁄4 cups flour
• 2  teaspoons  yeast

Directions

1. In the bowl of your bread machine add the ingredients in the order they are listed.
2. Make sure that the yeast does not touch the water.
3. Set the bread machine on bread cycle.
