Cottage Cheese Veggie Wraps

Ingredients
- 4 tortillas (8-inch )
- 1 1⁄2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, diced
- 1⁄2 cup carrot, shredded
- 1⁄4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- black pepper
- 4 leaves butter lettuce or 4 leaves romaine lettuce
Directions
- Combine cottage cheese, tomatoe, yellow pepper, carrots, green onions and basil.
- Add lemon juice and seasonings. Toss to blend.
- place leaf lettuce on a tortilla and top with about 1 cup of cottage cheese and veggie blend.
- Roll and serve.
