Ingredients

  • 4  pieces  lavash bread or 4  pieces  mountain bread
  • 4  tablespoons  sweet corn relish
  • 200  g low fat cottage cheese
  • 3 (95 g) cans tuna in water
  •  mixed vegetables (choice of salad vegetables eg tomato, mushrooms, lettuce, cucumber)
  •  snow pea sprouts, to garnish

Directions

  1. Arrange the lavash bread on a flat surface and spread evenly with the corn relish.
  2. Mix together the cottage cheese and tuna.
  3. Spoon the cottage cheese and tuna mixture over each lavash.
  4. Add salad vegetables to the top and roll up firmly to enclose.
  5. Cut in halves and garnish with the snow pea sprouts.
  6. Enjoy.
