Ingredients
- 2 cups low fat cottage cheese
- 1⁄2 cup carrot, grated
- 1⁄2 cup celery, grated
- 1⁄2 cup radish, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 large apple, cored and chopped
- 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Directions
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, carrot, celery, radish, green onions, apple, ginger, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar & sesame oil.
