Cottage Cheese Radish Salad

Ingredients
- 2 scallions, sliced, including the crisp part of the green
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, quartered lengthways and thinly sliced
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 lettuce or 3 spinach leaves
Directions
- Mix together the scalllion, radishes, cucumber, cottage cheese, and sour cream. Place a few leaves of lettuce or spinach on a serving dish and scoop the cottage cheese mixture onto it. Serve.
