Cottage Cheese and Olive Turkey Wrap

Yields: 1 sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2  leaves lettuce
  • 12 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 5  olives, I use stuffed green olives
  • 2  ounces turkey
  • 1  tablespoon  low fat balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing

Directions

  1. Put lettuce leaf on a plate. First, lay the turkey slice on the lettuce. Spread the cottage cheese evenly over that and top with 5 olives. Pour a tablespoon of low calorie balsamic vinaigrette over the ingredients.
  2. Place the other lettuce leaf over the toppings and roll the "sandwich" up to contain the ingredients.
  3. It's tasty, but a little messy. Enjoy!
