Corsican Mendiant Au Chocolat Blanc

Ingredients
- 3 ounces white chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
- 3 tablespoons dried dates, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons candied orange peel, finely chopped
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler filled with barely simmering water.
- Drop the chocolate onto the parchment in heaping teaspoonfuls, smoothing each drop into a 2-inch circle. Working quickly, sprinkle the walnuts, dates, and orange peel over the chocolate disks before they set up.
