Yields: 8 sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of sliced brown bread (toast bread)
- 300 g ground beef
- 1 onion, cut in half rings
- cheddar cheese
- salt
- pepper
- butter
- pepper sauce
Directions
- Spread on mm thick layer of beef on a sandwich slice.
- Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
- Add a slice of cheese.
- Add some onion rings.
- Add the top sandwich slice.
- Spread a little butter on the outsides of the sandwich and grill to taste, preferably in a panini grill.
- You can even leave the center a little rare.
- These grilled sandwiches are great when dipped in pepper sauce but i guess other sauces will be good too. Many variations are possible.
