Corny Snack Mix

Yields: 7 1/2 quarts
Ingredients
- 3 quarts popped popcorn
- 1 (15 ounce) package Corn Pops cereal
- 1 (15 ounce) package corn chips
- 2 (10 -12 ounce) packages vanilla chocolate chips or 2 (10 -12 ounce) packages white chocolate chips
Directions
- In several large bowls, combine the popcorn, Corn Pops and corn chips.
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt chips; stir until smooth. Pour over popcorn mixture and toss to coat.
- Spread in two 15 x 10 x 1 inch pans. Cool. Store in airtight containers.
