Corny Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup boned cooked salmon, in pieces
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 cup corn
Directions
- Mix together the baking mix, corn meal, milk, and egg, and stir well.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cook as you would pancakes in a hot skillet with oil.
