Cornmeal Rye Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup rye flour
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1⁄4 cup cooking oil, such as wesson
- 1⁄4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Combine wet ingredients.
- Mix all.
- Bake in greased muffin tins at 400F for 20 minutes.
