  1. In large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.
  2. Combine eggs, buttermilk, butter and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients until well blended. Fold in ham.
  3. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top; cook until second side is golden brown.
  4. For syrup, in a small saucepan, saute pineapple and cinnamon in butter for 4-6 minutes or until pineapple is browned. Stir in maple syrup. Serve with pancakes.
