Cornflour Sponge

Yields: 1 sponge
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 4 ounces sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 20 ml flour
- 3 ounces cornflour
Directions
- Beat eggwhites until stiff.
- Add sugar and beat again until mixure is very stiff.
- Add yolks and beat again.
- Sift in dry ingredients and mix well.
- Bake at 375 F for 12-15 minutes.
- Do not open oven for 12 minutes.
