Cornflake Garlic Sticks

This was on the side of our cornflakes box and I thought I would share. It's easy and quick to make and would be fun for the kids to help with. Show more

Serves: 20

Yields: 20 garlic sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 count) can  refrigerator  biscuits
  • 14 cup milk
  • 12 cup  corn flakes, crushed
  •  garlic salt
  •  butter

Directions

  1. Crush cornflakes by putting in plastic zip lock bag and rolling over it with a rolling pin or pound with meat tenderizer(or other fairly heavy object) to crush but not to powder.
  2. Cut each biscuit in half.
  3. Roll into sticks 5"-6" long.
  4. Dip each stick into milk. Roll in crushed cornflakes.
  5. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
  6. Place on buttered baking sheet 1" apart.
  7. Bake in a 450*F. oven for 7-10 minutes.
