Cornflake Berets

Tastes like French Toast. Can be made sweet by sprinkling powdered sugar on them and omitting the parmesan. Have alot of cornflakes and decided to experiment. *Cooking spray, margerine, butter, or oil are all acceptable to pan fry these tasties. *I added a teaspoon of mexican style shredded cheese per beret, and a wedge of tomato, and a large black olive sliced for presentation.
