Corned Beef Casserole

Yields: 2 quarts

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can corned beef
  • 12 lb  processed American cheese, grated
  • 1 (10 ounce) can  cream of chicken soup
  • 1  cup milk
  • 12 cup  chopped onion
  • 1 (8 ounce) package  noodles (pre-cooked)

Directions

  1. Alternate layers of noodles with beef mixture in a 2 qt baking dish.
  2. Bake at 325 oven for about 40 minutes, or until the mixture bubbles up and is browned.
