Cornbread Casserole

A wonderful corn recipe our family loves to serve at Thanksgiving

Serves: 10-12

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, undrained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can  creamed corn
  • 1  cup sour cream
  • 2  eggs
  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 (8 1/2ounce) box  Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1  cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Pour in to a 13 x 9" greased baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven just until cheese is melted.
