Cornbread Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 (8 1/2ounce) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Pour in to a 13 x 9" greased baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven just until cheese is melted.
