Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sift the flour into a mixing bowl.
- Add the sugars, oil, eggs, vanilla, and the pecans.
- Mix well.
- Pour into pan and spread evenly, making sure to get it into the pan corners.
- Bake about 35 minutes, or until it tests done.
