Cornbread (Bread Machine)

Ingredients
1 1/2 pound loaf
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup skim milk powder
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey
- 2 3⁄4 cups all-purpose flour or 2 3⁄4 cups bread flour
- 1⁄3 cup cornmeal
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons bread machine yeast or 1 1⁄4 teaspoons instant yeast
Directions
- Add enough water to the egg to equal 1 1/4 cups (300 ml).
- Measure ingredients into bread machine baking pan in order recommended by manufacturer.
- Insert baking pan into oven chamber.
- Select Basic Cycle.
