Ingredients
- 1 (8 1/2ounce) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄2-1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies (or to taste)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well Pour into lightly greased 8" baking pan Bake at 400 till golden brown about 15 to 20 minutes.
