Cornbread

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cornmeal
- 3 ounces flour
- 4 ounces sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 11 ounces milk
- 4 ounces eggs, 2 large
- 4 ounces canola oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine dry ingredients. Be sure to push baking powder through a strainer if it is pebbly.
- Separately, combine milk, eggs and oil and whisk until well combined.
- Add wet to dry and whisk to combine.
- Pour into pan(s) (if nonstick, coat with veggie oil). Bake for 30-50 minutes depending on the size of your pan(s). Toothpick or paring knife will come out clean when done.
