Cornbread

Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Ener-G Egg Substitute
- 1 cup soymilk
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Directions
- Mix it all together just until it is completely mixed.
- Baked in a NON-preheated 450 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
