Ingredients
- 1 (8 1/2ounce) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (15 1/4ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (15 1/4ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Bake uncovered 45 minutes to an hour.
