Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/4ounce) can red kidney beans
- 1⁄2 yellow onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn kernels
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 lemon, juice of
Directions
- Mince garlic.
- Dice onion.
- Chop cilantro.
- Drain corn and beans from can.
- Combine ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.
