Corn Relish Salad

Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup salad oil
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1⁄2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons pimiento, diced
- 5 small stalk celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Directions
- Make dressing with salad oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and dry mustard; stir well. Set Aside. Mix vegetables together and add to dressing. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
