Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups white corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 cup heavy cream
Directions
- heat oven to 325, grease a 2 quart baking dish.
- in bowl beat eggs, add butter, sugar,sugar and spices.
- stir in remaining ingredients, pour into baking dish.
- bake 1 hour,15 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
