Corn Pudding

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 2  cups corn
  • 1  cup milk
  • 2  tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3  eggs, beaten
  • 2  tablespoons flour
  • 2  teaspoons sugar
  • 1  teaspoon salt
  • 1  tablespoon onion, grated
  • 12 cup  breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Combine corn, milk, butter and beaten eggs.
  2. Separately combine flour, sugar, salt and onion.
  3. Stir dry ingredients into corn mixture.
  4. Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
  6. Set dish in a pan of hot water.
  7. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 55-60 minuts.
