  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine cornmeal, sugar, flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir until blended.
  4. Spoon into greased muffin tins.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
