Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups yellow cornmeal
- 1 1⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 3⁄4 cup unsalted butter
Directions
- Preheat 350.
- Grease the muffin tin.
- Mix together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in the liquid ingredients (Eggs- slightly beaten, butter-melted and cooled off). Blend until slightly lumpy and just combined.
- Bake 18-20 Minutes.
