Corn, Ham and Potato Scallop

I found this in a slow cooker book and it sounds good.

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 6  potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 12 cups cooked ham, cubed
  • 1 (15 1/4ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2  teaspoons  instant minced onion
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 12 cup milk
  • 2  tablespoons flour

Directions

  1. In a 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker, combine potatoes, ham, corn, and onion; mix well.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soup, milk and flour until smooth. Pour soup mixture over potato mixture; stir gently to mix.
  3. Cover; cook on low for 7-9 hours or until potatoes are tender.
