Ingredients
- 6 ears corn, unhusked, unshucked
- 8 ounces red wine (1 glass) or 8 ounces white wine (1 glass)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Take a sip of wine.
- Put the corn into the oven.
- Take another sip of wine.
- Bake corn for 20 minutes.
- Finish wine.
- Remove corn from oven.
- Shuck and slather with butter.
