Ingredients
- 2 (11 ounce) cans mexicorn
- 1 (12 ounce) can rotel, I like hot rotel, but you can use what ever meets your taste
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch green onion
Directions
- Drain mexicorn and rotel.
- slice green onions.
- mix all ingredients together.
- chill for at least 4 hours.
- serve with torilla chips or Fritos.
